What? Another Award?

loyalreaderaward

Patty over at Petite Magique had honored me with The Loyal Reader Award!  I am truly honored by this as I do try to be a loyal reader.  I am following so many wonderful bloggers.  It’s a challenge to keep up, but it’s also fun, educational, heartwarming and uplifting.

The rules are simple.

1. Display the award on your blog. (Done)

2. Thank the person who sent it to you. (Done)

3. Answer a rhetorical question of the authors choosing. (See below)

4. Send on the award to everyone you consider a loyal reader. (Uh oh)

Rhetorical question:

If you were on a deserted island, how would you survive? If there’s a wireless network on the island and an outlet, then me and my iPad would be just fine.  There isn’t?  I’m doomed.

Loyal reader nominations:

[Disclaimer:  I’m cheating.]

If you are reading this post, then you are a loyal reader 🙂  You know who you are (yup, I’m talking to you, Linda; to you, Shareen; to et al.).  You know that some of you are the same bloggers that Patty nominated (yea, RCC!).  Really, truly.  Make a copy of the award image, upload it to your blog and follow the rules.  Even if you think you don’t deserve it, I argue that you deserve it because you are reading this blog post right now!  Duh!

At the risk of getting sappy:  a big hug to each one of you 🙂

  1. You’re lucky these awards are logos and not physical awards or there’d be no room left for you in your house! Thanks for the nomination! Always a pleasure to read! And thanks for reblogging that link about publishing an e-book yesterday – I’m going to be co-writing one over the summer so it will come in very handy!

    • You’re welcome. I really appreciate how you keep up with my posts 😉 What is your e-book going to be about? That’s very exciting news!

      • It’s not really ‘mine’ per se! I’m a writer for a website over here that helps mothers get back into shape after giving birth (right up my street I know!). It’s run by a Russian lady and her partner but their main target is America so they need me to write up their ideas in a certain way. I’ve been working on the website a bit and various guest blog posts so the next step is the e-book! Quite excited about it actually – it will be my first time doing anything like this! And I appreciate how you follow my blog and always have a nice word or two to say as well! It really keeps me going through the negative comments which make me want to quit!

        • My, you do find yourself some interesting projects! Hopefully the experience might encourage you to consider your own ebook 🙂 I do enjoy your blog so much. I’m sorry that anyone would leave you a negative comment. If I come across a blog or a post that I disagree with, I don’t leave a comment. What would be the point? Yes, ignore the negative comments. You don’t need to waste your precious time on them 🙂

          • I wish I had your willpower! I always feel the need to write a polite, explanatory reply – which usually results in nothing as some people just create an email account to shout at me and then delete it again straight away! 😉 And yes, it feels like things are starting to take off a little here – this is a really nice project and the two women who run it are lovely so these are interesting times! So happy you enjoy the blog so much!

        • I love what you did with the Liebster Award. Funny, after I posted mine and was putting the image on my Awards page, did I see that I had been awarded the Liebster before! I need to dig up that post and see if the rules were different then 😉

          • From what I found it has been going on since 2010 and has many badges that folks have made along the way, and many rule changes. I like the short version, because it is more fun and less a burden for the “winner.”
